It's time for television's biggest night, albeit for the second time this year.
The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards are taking place tonight in Los Angeles and all eyes are on who will be taking home the coveted trophies.
The second Emmy Awards of 2024 come only eight months after the 75th Primetime Emmys were presented on Fox, which were postponed from their Sept. 2023 date due to the writers' and actors' strikes.
Awards will be handed out by an exciting lineup of presenters including Selena Gomez, Matt Bomer, Viola Davis, Colin Farrell, Lily Gladstone, Mindy Kaling, Jimmy Kimmel, Steve Martin, Martin Short, Nicola Coughlan and Kristen Wiig.
Here's what you need to know about television's biggest night.

Who is hosting the 2024 Emmy awards?
Eugene Levy and Dan Levy of "Schitt's Creek" will host this year's awards, making history as the first father-son duo to do so, according to the Television Academy.
“For two Canadians who won our Emmys in a literal quarantine tent, the idea of being asked to host this year in an actual theater was incentive enough,” the duo said in a statement announcing their gig. “We’re thrilled to be able to raise a glass to this extraordinary season of television and can’t wait to spend the evening with you all."
2024 Emmy nominees
With 25 nominations "Shōgun" on FX tops the list of most nominations received with FX's restaurant dramedy "The Bear" trailing closely behind with 23 nods. It is pertinent to note “The Bear,” is nominated only for its second season in 2023, not the third that aired in June. Third on the list is Hulu's "Only Murders in the Building" with 21 nominations. HBO's "True Detective: Night Country" rounds out the list with 19 nominations.
The eligibility dates for the 2024 Emmy Awards apply to shows that aired between June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024. Only shows that aired in that 12-month period were nominated.
